Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund.

Deep Tissue
A full body treatment for those who prefer deeper pressure. A deep tissue massage is a great way to focus on areas of chronic tension. While also enjoying the benefits that comes from a full body massage.
Swedish
A requested favorite! This treatment is for anyone who seeks to soften their mind and enjoy a flowing touch. An hour of Swedish work will be sure to leave past or current stress behind.
Sports
Sports massage includes a variety of techniques to reduce/eliminate pain and tension. Athlete or not, this session would be dedicated to specific areas of your choice. This also applies to those recovering from a current or old injury and those dealing with chronic tension.
